All reservations must be made through our website, by email at info@snowcampchile.cl / lobosdelsur@gmail.com or by phone at + 56-9-93530117.

For each reservation, Snow Camp Chile will send a document with all the details of the program and its prices.

Reservations will not be confirmed until a payment of 50% of the total reservation fee is made to Snow Camp Chile’s bank account.

Final payment must be made prior to arrival.

Team organization and behavior

Individual athletes must follow the general conditions of the camp and behave accordingly.

The conduct of the team members is the responsibility of their coaches or person in charge and they have the responsibility to promote high standards of behavior during their stay, on the training ground and outside it. They will ensure that all team members abide by all applicable camp rules.

They must organize and coordinate their teams and give them all the daily information that we will provide.

Any requirement that an athlete or team member needs, must be submitted only through the coach or team manager.


All athletes, coaches and camp participants must have emergency medical insurance. We want everyone to enjoy their visit and stay safe.


Minor athletes (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a responsible adult (coach/parent) and have a notarized legal permission from their parents or guardians, authorizing their participation in Snow Camp Chile 2019.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation of confirmed and paid reservations will be refunded as follows:

Cancellations for the camp made 20 days or more before the start of the camp.

SCCHILE will refund 80% of the cancellation.

SCCHILE will retain a mandatory 20% of the total cost of the reservation for administrative purposes.

The refund date will be announced after that.

Cancellations made less than 20 days before the start of the camp.

These cancellations will not be refunded.
